Social Desk is a planning beta operated under the Wolf Tribunal brand. Sign in, open Support & data and submit a request. You can report a bug, suggest a feature, ask about publishing, or request help with your data. We do not promise a response time during this beta.
Include the post title, the action you took and the error shown. Never include access tokens, passwords, payment information or other sensitive account credentials.
A post has not appeared on a social network
A planned date is not a queued delivery. Direct publishing is currently disabled. If a future delivery is marked uncertain, check the social account before taking another action; Social Desk blocks automatic resubmission of an uncertain publish request.
Exports and deletion
Support & data includes a JSON export and a permanent workspace deletion control. Cancel queued content and resolve any active or uncertain deliveries before deleting. Private media is removed from storage before database tracking is cleared.
